Spread the Word! Sekou (tha misfit) is an independent artist, so the success of his releases depends largely on your support. After hearing a CD and becoming excited about it, many of you have come to us and offered suggestions on other ways that we can market and promote it. We thank you for your enthusiasm and your collective responsibility. If there is anyone else out there who would like to help us spread the word about this artist, here are some ways that you can support: 1. WRITE A REVIEW! If you have purchased and enjoyed Sekou's double CD Afrodeezyacks/TheMumblings of a Madman, please visit cdbaby.com/review/sekou and write a review of the cd. The more fantastic reviews we get, the more press and sales will follow! 2. WE NEED CONTACTS! We appreciate all of you who have shown interest in Sekous projects and have purchased the CDs. However, if you have any ideas on other possible locations (music stores, book stores, grade schools, colleges, radio stations, etc.) where we can place his CDs, receive radio play or in-store play, or that may be interested in booking Sekou and/or his collective of artists for a performance or an appearance, please let us know. We are trying to tap into as many promotion resources as possible, but we need the help of our supporters to help us reach your cities around the nation and around the world. Please email any info to sekou@blindfaithrecords.com. 3. CONNECT US WITH YOUR CITY/COMMUNITY! Also, if you know of any Kwanzaa celebrations happening in your city, or your school, and can assist us in contacting representatives to let them know about the product, please contact us immediately! 4. WORD OF MOUTH! It is our best salesperson. Please spread the word about this product to everyone that you know. Sekous spoken word CDs make great gifts and stocking stuffers, and the Kwanzaa CD is enjoyed by teachers and schoolchildren in the classroom. So help us share our pride and excitement about these artistic endeavors with your family and community! On behalf of Blind Faith Records and Sekou (tha misfit), we thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and wish you many blessings. Harambe! |
